Pro Training

Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them. Often, each exercise will target a specific muscle group or cardio target to provide a full body workout in a set amount of time. While similar to HIIT, the focus in Circuit Training is on form instead of maximizing your effort.

HIIT

(High Intensity Interval Training) Similar to Circuit Training, HIIT courses offer a rotation of “stations” or exercises with short rests between each activity. The main difference from Circuit Training is the level of exertion; HIIT, as the name suggest, encourages maximum effort during the intervals, pushing your body to its limit.

Lower Body Training

Lower Body Training focuses on building strength in all leg muscles or in an isolated muscle region in the lower body. Squats, lunges, wall-sits, and more will target the glutes, hamstrings, calfs and quads during your Lower Body Training sessions. As your strength grows weights can be used to enhance your results. Don’t skip leg day!

Metabolic Conditioning

Sometimes called MetCon, Metabolic Conditioning will increase your metabolism, which mean an increase in the amount of energy that your body can store and release. You will use energy in every type of training at Vitality Fitness, but MetCon emphasizes an alternate method for energy to be created and used during physical exertion.
