Pro Training

Circuit Training

Circuit Training is a combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them. Often, each exercise will target a specific muscle group or cardio target to provide a full body workout in a set amount of time. While similar to HIIT, the focus in Circuit Training is on form instead of maximizing your effort.

Core Training

Core Training is the strengthening and conditioning of the core muscles surrounding the middle of the body—the abdomen, hips, pelvis, and lower back. Targeted movements sometimes enhanced with additional weights can help you get that six pack you’ve always wanted… but don’t neglect the rest of your body!

Upper Body Training

Upper Body Training emphasizes strengthening your upper body muscles, and can target an isolated muscle group in the upper body. Strengthen your shoulders, biceps, chest, back, and triceps with exercises like curls, push-ups, pull-ups and more. Weights are often used in Upper Body Training sessions for additional challenge.

Weight Training

Weight Training builds muscle mass in the muscle regions targeted by the specific lift. Utilizing free weights and/or machines, each session will work on a variety of muscle groups (unlike the more focused upper-body or lower-body sessions). Proper form is essential to Weight Training, so working with your trainer will ensure your maximum potential.
